Executive Personal Coaching

Executive Personal Coaching costs RM1,699 for 12 weeks and is offered only after an enquiry, suitability review and acceptance. No payment is requested before acceptance. Before onboarding or coaching delivery begins, cancellation may be requested within 14 days of payment. If approved, the payment is refunded less any unavoidable, non-refundable payment-processing charge that actually applies. Once onboarding or coaching delivery has begun, the programme is non-refundable. Genuine exceptional circumstances may be considered at HO-LIAO FITNESS’s discretion.

Personal Training packages

The 12-session package (RM1,488) is valid for three months from the first session. The 24-session package (RM2,888) is valid for six months from the first session. An unused package may be cancelled within 14 days of payment, provided no session has been used. If approved, the payment is refunded less any unavoidable, non-refundable payment-processing charge that actually applies. Once the first session has taken place, the package is non-refundable.

Personal Training session rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an individual session without forfeiture. Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show, counts as a used session. Genuine emergencies may be considered at HO-LIAO FITNESS’s discretion. If HO-LIAO FITNESS or the assigned coach cancels or reschedules, the client does not lose the session and package validity may be extended where reasonably necessary. Session rescheduling is separate from cancellation of the package itself.

READYPro+

READYPro+ is a six-week group online coaching season. Registration and payment open only when an intake is expressly announced. Once a season has started, payment is non-refundable and non-deferrable unless HO-LIAO FITNESS confirms otherwise in writing. If HO-LIAO FITNESS cancels an intake, the customer may choose a 100% refund or transfer to the next equivalent intake where available. If the scheduled date is materially changed, the customer may accept the new date, transfer to a future equivalent intake where available, or receive a 100% refund. No cancellation, administration or payment-processing fee is deducted when the cancellation or change originates from HO-LIAO FITNESS.

DPP© Academy courses and seminars

Course and seminar payments, including Kursus Transformasi Badan Level 2 (RM899, 19–20 December 2026, Peak Human Performance, Kuala Lumpur), are non-refundable and non-deferrable once the course has started. The customer remains responsible for satisfying the stated Level 2 prerequisite: previous completion of Level 1 or Seminar Fat Loss. If HO-LIAO FITNESS cancels a course, the customer may choose a 100% refund or transfer to the next equivalent course where available. If the scheduled date is materially changed, the customer may accept the new date, transfer to a future equivalent course where available, or receive a 100% refund. No fee is deducted when the cancellation or change originates from HO-LIAO FITNESS.

Refund processing

Where a refund is approved, HO-LIAO FITNESS will initiate it to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The customer’s bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds; that settlement time is outside HO-LIAO FITNESS’s control.
