How to request deletion

Email info@holiaofitness.com from the address associated with your record, or WhatsApp +60 19-442 5679. Include your name and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or banking credentials.

Verification and action

We may request reasonable identity verification before acting. We will delete or anonymise data that is no longer needed, except records that must be retained for accounting, tax, contractual, security, dispute or legal purposes. Records independently controlled by DOKU, WhatsApp or another provider may require a direct request to that provider.
