Which option is appropriate for me?
Compare Executive Personal Coaching for personalised online support, Personal Training for in-person guidance and READYPro+ for online group coaching. Contact our team if you are unsure.
Is all coaching online?
No. Executive and READYPro+ are online. Personal Training serves the listed mainland Penang areas.
Are gym fees included in Personal Training?
No. Gym membership and entry fees are not included.
Does the Executive form automatically accept me?
No. Coach Ho reviews and accepts suitable clients before payment and onboarding.
What does READYPro+ include?
A general home or gym programme, makan.holiaofitness.com access during the active season, at least two online meetings and the cohort WhatsApp group. RM179 for a 6-week season.
Does Level 2 automatically make me a DPP© Coach?
No. The Level 2 completion certificate is separate from optional theoretical and practical assessment for DPP© Coach recognition.
What about cancellations and refunds?
Service-specific terms are pending approval. Staging payments are disabled; conflicting old terms are not treated as final.
